“Francis roofing provided excellent service and I feel confident that my roof was repaired to high standards. A home inspection as part of a purchase process determined that I needed some roof repairs. I contacted Francis roofing to inspect the roof and provide a quote for the repairs.They performed a thorough inspection and noted several issues that the home inspectors had missed. A clogged and deteriorating dryer vent and two areas with rot on the fascia board. Both of these items could have gotten much worse if not properly repaired. Francis roofing quickly accommodated my request to have these items in addition to some roof tile repair, gutter securing and some tiles replaced. In the future I plan to use them on a yearly basis to inspect my roof and feel certain that with their professional expertise I will be able to extend the life of my roof. I was very happy with the price , timely response and quality of the repairs. I highly recommend their service.”

“I had a leak in my ceiling and called for an inspection/estimate. I had the option of leaving a VM, but texted instead and I received a response immediately. They were able to schedule to come at a time that was best for me. Paul updated me on his arrival, which was timely. Luckily for me, he identified the issue, which wasn't my roof and he double checked for any other signs of water intrusion. This was all part of their free estimate policy!
